Professional counseling and guidance

The service is performed by the performance of thematic discussions with the beneficiaries during individual or group sessions where the steps which must be followed during the individualized professional action plan are established for the active integration on the labor market and in the community. The counseling activity is performed by using a series of specific methods, techniques and instruments by means of which the following aspects are monitored: the assessment of the professional potential of the advised person; the draw up of the professional balance sheet of the advised person; training in jobs searching methods and techniques.

Mediation on the labor market

This service entails the facilitation of the access of the beneficiaries to the vacancies and is structured as follows:
a) indirect mediation by the supply of information about the opportunities of employment, the facilitation of the access thereto by making available to the beneficiary instruments of communication and the data base with vacancies;
b) direct mediation by the promotion of the beneficiary, the contacting of the employer by the advisor, the draw-up of a letter of recommendation, accompanying the beneficiary at the employment interview.

Monitoring of the initial employment term

This service entails the monitoring of the beneficiaries who obtained a job by maintaining the connection both with the employers as well as with the employees. This is achieved in the initial period of employment (3-6 months) for the facilitation and sustainability of the integration of the beneficiaries in the production space, at the same time with the provision of assistance to the employers in the same period.

Personnel recruiting consultancy for companies

Serviciul APEL Association carries out activities of personnel recruitment for the companies interested in hiring persons coming from environments with a risk of social exclusion and not only that. In such respect we carry out skills assessment services for the candidates in order to establish their professional profile and correlate it with the opportunities of the labor market. The testing of the personnel shall be performed both at the office of APEL as well as at the office of the employer according to the testing and evaluation requirements.

Draw-up of analyses and surveys

This service entails the draw up of quantitative and qualitative market surveys and analyses, using specific investigation methods and techniques according to the approached topic. The greatest part of the surveys drawn up by APEL was performed during the projects implemented by the organization and can be found in the Resources section. Moreover, we also draw up, on request, specific surveys and analyses which are in compliance with our field of business and categorize the categories of beneficiaries included in our target group.

European projects consultancy

Serviciul APEL Association carries out consultancy services regarding the accessing and implementation of projects financed from European Funds, having at the base the experience of the performance of such programs as of 2006. The service is addressed to organizations which wants to implement projects financed from EU funds and which want to get information regarding the procedures by means of which such funds can be accessed, from the draw-up stage to the actual implementation of the programs in question.
