Organization and Support of the Training Courses for Experts in the Field of Professional Integration of Marginalized Youth
In the context of a visibly high dynamics of Romanian labour market where youth and their mentors as well become confuzed toward the new phenomena of integration and assimilation of labour market, Apel concentrated upon the creation and providing of new trainers who are able to realize qualified training for the guides of youth prepaired to effect a professional path. The service is meant for both the NGO’s personnel, which have youth as their target, and school counsellors, but also for school instructors, who have as their purposes the guidance and training of youth, and for all the experts interested to be specialized in vocational training.
This service was created as a response to the need of sharing and analysing together with other experts the various experiences and cases encountered during this activity. Step by step, the team members worked at the methodological structure of these elements and a package of training modules was developed in the field of professional integration of marginalized youth. The training course provides the possibility of adjustment to the specific requests of the participants or the institutions where they work, so that to responde most favourable to the needs of the group to which they relate.
Among the objectives aimed for the training of the experts we mention:
- Assimilation of a package of knowledge startting from the key events which were the objects aimed during the vocational guidance and professional counselling;
- Using properly the technics and instruments for professional integration;
- Communication abilities in professional counselling.
The methods of training bring together the direct Apel’s experience with youth and the attention for the present dynamics on the labour market offered by the analysis and study realized periodically.
